At Beyondcare, we provide compassionate, person-centered Homemaker Personal Care (HPC) services that empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live as independently and confidently as possible in their own homes and communities.
Our trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work closely with each individual to provide personalized support based on their goals, preferences, and Individual Service Plan (ISP).
Our HPC services include:
* Assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
* Meal planning and preparation
* Medication reminders
* Light housekeeping and laundry
* Community integration and transportation to approved activities
* Grocery shopping and essential errands
* Support with daily living skills and independence
* Safety monitoring and supervision
* Assistance with social, recreational, and community participation
