What is Shared Living?

Shared Living is a DODD waiver service that allows individuals to live in a private home with a trained provider or host family. It offers personalized, family-style support that encourages independence, community involvement, and a higher quality of life.

Who is Eligible?

Shared Living is available to individuals enrolled in eligible Ohio DODD waivers, including the IO and Level One Waivers, with services authorized through their Individual Service Plan (ISP).
